If you need a delicious wholesome dessert that you can make in literally 30 seconds, then this is your baby. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t love a good Chocolate Pudding and the fact that this one is raw, healthy, and full of whole food goodness makes it even more appealing. I know that avocado based desserts can sometimes taste a bit too avocado-y but I can guarantee this recipe is a winner – sweet, smooth, chocolatey, amazing. It’s been trialed and devoured many a time. You don’t necessarily have to use the raspberry macadamia combo here for the topping, as any berry and nut mix would probably work.

Makes 1 large serve or 2 small

Ingredients:

1 Avocado
1 Banana
Just under ¼ cup Raw Cacao
1 dessertspoon Raw Honey
1 tbsp crushed Macadamias
¼ cup fresh Raspberries
Sprinkle of Buckinis

*I like my pudding super chocolately, so use a bit less cacao if you don’t want it to be quite as rich

Method:

- Place avocado, banana, cacao, and honey in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
- Pour the pudding into a serving glass and top with fresh raspberries, macadamias and a few buckinis.

Enjoy!

How great are raw desserts!? Do you have an easy, healthy pudding recipe?
